BRIAN WEINER, CEO
With 35+ years of business and finance experience, Brian leads Newbridge Global Sourcing and oversees the strategic direction of the firm. He is a recognized expert in the trade finance world, having worked with entrepreneurs and management teams of both public and private enterprises.
Before joining Newbridge, Brian was Director of Business Development for Stenn International, leading their New York office. His responsibilities included origination and structuring global supply chain transactions. Previously he served as the CEO of FF Supply, a full-service supply chain finance company, as a sales executive with Trade Finance Solutions and Bibby Financial Services, and as an investment banker with Crusader Investments. He also co-founded a factoring company focused on small businesses and middle market companies in the food and beverage industry. Early in his career, Brian was a partner and Vice President in a family-owned full-service wholesaler food processor, responsible for many corporate functions including finance. Through his work there he saw first-hand the impact of payables optimization on operations and business growth. Through organic growth and acquisitions, he was instrumental in growing the company from 50 employees to more than 350, and over $150 million in revenue.
He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the Commercial Finance Association and the Association for Corporate Growth. He frequently speaks on corporate finance, supply chain management and payables financing-related topics at industry events. He earned his undergraduate degree in Communications from Boston University.
ALISA RUSANOFF, Vice President
Alisa is a dynamic finance professional with international experience in trade finance, investment banking, and portfolio management. She works closely with clients across a broad range of industries, both domestically and internationally, to help them grow, mitigate risk, and improve cash flow.
Before joining Newbridge, she served as Vice President of Zenith Insured Credit, an international alternative investment manager focused on trade finance. Previously, she served as an advisor for Forefront Capital Advisors where she also was a member of the Investment and Valuation Committee. Earlier in her career, she was an investment banking associate at Martel Capital, where she worked alongside senior bankers advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and private placements engagements.
Alisa serves on the Executive Board for GC4Women, a non-profit organization supporting female founders. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from State Academy in Russia with a dual degree in Psychology and French linguistics, and Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, City University of New York. Alisa is a CFA Level II Candidate.
SALLY J. STARK, Director of Operations
With over 30 years experience building, leading and advising asset-based lending and factoring companies, Sally oversees Newbridge Global Sourcing’s business operations. She is known for her hands-on and collaborative approach to managing day-to-day operations while executing long-term business strategies.
Before joining Newbridge, she served in senior credit, portfolio management, corporate finance, and executive management roles with Berkshire Funding Group Inc., Sierra Capital Inc., and several start-up specialty finance companies.
Sally has served on many professional boards, including the Board of Directors for the International Factoring Association and the Houston Area Factors Association. She is also a founding board member of the Hudson Valley Women’s Business Owners Association. Sally has been a featured speaker at a range of events, such as Dutchess County SCORE, Ulster County Economic Development, International Factoring Association, Business Network International, Proactive Leadership Center, and to numerous bank loan committees in the Hudson Valley and Albany Regions of New York. She earned her undergraduate degree at Rhinebeck College.
